We support maintain and management ever aspect of the experience. Our system administration team is second to none. Our facility is right on the back bone of the internet. Very few of our competitors can boast that they can put your server on the backbone of the internet. The 6 NAP points in the USA are the only locations where this can happen. Most of our servers are located at the NAP, Network Access Point in Miami Florida. We moved there years ago after unforeseen outages and loss of bandwidth became a problem. Since moving onto the NAP we have never seen a outage. The only down time that we have records is for maintenance or when a server malfunctions. We have limited that down time by placing nodes on our servers to advise our technicians when a problem is likely. We pride ourselves in our quality, 24/7 support and low downtime.
