Click Fraud Ditector

mviSPY will detect click fraud from individuals that click on your pay-per-click ads a large number of times. This type of "click fraud" on your ads creates very real monetary losses suffered by your business due to high PPC costs. Click fraud is not uncommon on the major pay-per-click/cost-per-click (PPC/CPC) search engines such as Google and Yahoo. The ability to monitor and detect click fraud by itself could dramatically affect your advertising cost. Our system provides details that allow you to verify click fraud quickly and easily. We also make it easier for you to accurately report on your "false" clicks on your ads.

mviSPY monitors all visitors IP addresses, search engine PPC keyword terms and traffic received. This data allows you to search what IP addresses are hitting your PPC/CPC ads allowing you to know the IP that is committing the click fraud. Once you know the IP you can report this IP to Google and stop that IP from clicking your ads. The same technique is not currently available with Yahoo but will be very soon. Furthermore, you can export a list of these IP addresses from a report on mviSPY which provides the timestamp, keyword, search engine and time on the page. Supplying the exported file to Google or Yahoo will earn you a credit on your PPC/CPC ads, thus saving you money.

Some click fraud is created by spammers using automated tools to click on your PPC/CPC ads. At this time, these tools are not detectable by mviSPY. However, by comparing records between what you are billed and what traffic you receive from PPC/CPC ads will be enough evidence to alert you to this potential costly click fraud. Google and Yahoo are aware of these spammers but have not created any tools to stop such fraud. They usually try to monitor and correct issues when found. mviSPY is a tool that can provide them the evidence that will allow our industry to police ourselves and we urge you to send reports on PPC/CPC fraud as often as possible when using our tool.
